The Bylaws and Policy Committee of the Lake Bluff Public Library Board of Trustees will meet inperson for the purposes outlined below:

    1. Discuss proposed revisions needed for Library’s Collection Development Policy and Request for Reconsideration Policy in pursuant to 75 ILCS 10/ Illinois Library System Act Ill. Adm. Code 3035 Illinois State Library Grant Programs
    2. ACTION: Vote to approve recommended changes to Collection Development Policy
    3. ACTION: Vote to approve recommended changes to Request for Reconsideration Policy
  6. New Business
    1. Review and discuss sample Compensation Philosophy and Policy from HR Source’s Final Report; discuss possible content changes to Library’s Personnel Policy – Section 4: Employment and Compensation
    2. Review, discuss and update Policy Priority List
  7. Executive Session
    1. Discussion of minutes of meetings lawfully closed under this Act, whether for purposes of approval by the body of the minutes or semi-annual review of the minutes as mandated by Section 2.06 and in compliance with the Open Meetings Act 5 ILCS 120/2 (c) (21)
    2. To discuss the appointment, compensation, discipline, performance or dismissal of specific employees of the public body in compliance with the Open Meetings Act 5 ILCS 120/2 (c) (1)
