AGENDA

  1. Call to order @ 6:57 Chairman Jerch
  2. Roll Call-Present are Chairman Jerch, Trustee Jardine and Interim Director Seleb
  3. Public Comment-None
  4. ACTION: Vote to approve Building and Ground Committee Meeting minutes from August 14, 2024 Moved by Jerch second Jardine.
  5. New Business
    1. Discuss Parking Lot Lighting and Village Architectural Review Board Determination- Both WDGE2 LED and WPX LED sconces are approved by Brian Renner. Need to contact the manufacturer Lithonia Lighting to ask about prices for lights. Determine selection by cost? Which lights need to be replaced first because they are bothersome to neighbors? Chairman Jerch will get proposal from the installer.
    2. Discuss Access and Security Project-Already approved with CVI. They will come back with revised estimate based on asbestos abatement.
    3. Discuss Inclusion of History Museum Spaces in Library Access and Security Project-Put security system in Museum as well as Library?
    4. Talk about repair of the carpet behind desks-Send David the info re: the carpet company.
