Committee of the Whole Meeting of the Board of Library Trustees

Minutes

  1. Call to Order – Trustee Jardine called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm.
  2. Roll Call – In attendance: Trustees Jardine, Kearney, Reidy, and Sobolak. Attending virtually: Trustees Friedeman. Also, in attendance: Director Starosta and Darren Schretter from Studio GC.
  3. Additions and Corrections to the Agenda – Trustee announcements was added as #6.
  4. Members of the Public to Address the Board – No public comment.
  5. New Business a. DISCUSSION: Facility Plan – Studio GC’s Darren Schretter – Darren presented the facility plan and answered Trustee questions.
  6. Trustee Announcements
    1. Director Evaluation – Trustee Friedeman reminded everyone to respond to the director’s evaluation document.
    2. Kids Korner – Trustee Kearney talked about the upcoming meeting with the Kids Korner coordinator and possible future collaborations.
  7. Adjournment – Trustee Jardine closed the meeting at 8:38 pm.
