02-18-2026 Important Notice About Hold Pick-Up Location:

When placing a hold through your online account, the pick-up location may incorrectly display as “Video Game.” This is a temporary system issue. 

Please confirm the pick-up location shows “Video Game” before completing your hold. All holds will still be available for pick-up at the First Floor Service Desk.
