UPDATE: Known issue with AT&T, Yahoo, Prodigy, and SBCGlobal email addresses

UPDATE 5/24: At 4:00pm, we were alerted that AT&T has removed our domain from their blocklist. These changes may take 24-48 hours to take effect, which means that this issue should be fully resolved by Friday, May 26 at 4:00pm. Please let us know if you continue to experience any difficulties contacting the Library.


The Library is aware of a known issue with AT&T, Yahoo, Prodigy, and SBCGlobal email addresses not receiving email messages from the Library. Per our IT company, these domains use the same spam filtering service, which has incorrectly flagged the Library's domain as spam. We have submitted a ticket with AT&T to have our domain removed from their spam list and are awaiting communication from them. Once the issue is corrected, it may take 24-48 hours for these email addresses to resume receiving messages from the Library.

If you have an email address that is currently affected, you can always log in to your account online using your library card number and PIN. If you have any questions about your account, or if you're having difficulty logging in, please call the Library at 847-234-2540.
