The Library generally has a notary available Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm and on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:00 am to 9:00 pm. We recommend calling beforehand to ensure that a notary is available. There is no charge for this service. Please be sure to bring a photo ID.
The Library offers proctoring services by appointment during regular business hours. Proctoring services are offered at no charge as long as the proctoring requirements can be reasonably met by the Library. Exam takers are responsible for providing mailing supplies and appropriate postage and any other costs associated with returning their exam to the proper institution. Exam takers do not need a library card to use this service.
Proctoring services are handled on a case-by-case basis by Library staff. Proctoring appointments must be scheduled at least one week before the exam date. The Library is unable to accommodate requests made with less than one week's notice. To request an appointment, please contact the Library at 847-234-2540.
