This website redesign has been in progress for many years and we are so excited to finally show it to you. Some of the highlights of our new site include:

• Fully mobile and tablet compatible views: no more zooming or excessive scrolling while you're on your device: the site will automatically resize for you.
• Streamlined menu options: we have cleaned up and streamlined our menu options to make it easier to find the information that you are seeking,  including a brand new "how to" section for some of  our most common questions and requests. Can't find what you're looking for? No worries: our new site is fully searchable.
• Better, faster updates:  remember the early days of the internet when you had to be able to read and write HTML code in order to update a website? That was how our old site was updated until April 2020. No more! The new website will save hours of staff time, allowing us to bring you more responsive web content and updates.
• And much more!
