About Board Meetings
At the May 20, 2025 Regular Board Meeting, the Board voted to replace all committee meetings with Committee of the Whole meetings, effective Tuesday, July 1, 2025.
- Committee of the Whole meetings are held on the first Tuesday of every month at 7:00pm, beginning Tuesday, July 1, 2025, and are open to the public.
- Regular Board meetings are held on the third Tuesday of every month at 7:00pm in the Library or virtually via Zoom.
Note: While the building is reopened at 6:45pm for public access to Board meetings in compliance with the Open Meetings Act, Library services are not available after our regular 6:00pm closing time on Tuesdays.
All Board meetings welcome and encourage your attendance. Meeting agendas and minutes are posted on the website as soon as they are available.
If you wish to attend a Board meeting and have special requirements as outlined in the Americans with Disabilities Act, please notify the Library Director to the Board meeting for accommodation.
